What's included in one press on nail set?

Our sets includes 10 handmade press-on nails and a prep kit.

 

How long do press-on nails last?

It depends on how you apply the nails on your fingers. It will also depend on your daily activities and how you care for them.

1 to 2 days if you applied a thin line of glue on your nail.

5 to 7 days if you apply a good amount on your nail bed and a little to the back of the TPC nails. Make sure to not apply too close to the skin as there is a tendency that glue will spread out of the nail when its pushed down.

7 to 14 days if you follow the instruction on the backside of the nail display card.

 

Do you offer customization for my press-on nails?

For nail sizes, yes I definitely can! For nail art customization, I don't accept them yet as I am still starting out!

 

Are your press-on nails reusable?

Yes, depending on the condition of the nail. You just have to buff the back of the nail to remove the excess glue. Make sure you take care of them so you can use them again!

 

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet, but I'm working on being able to ship to our chic friends out of the US!

 

What should I do if my package is lost?

Tip Chic Press has no control over the packages once they're handed over to the courier.  If the address provided was correct, you should contact the company responsible for delivering the package.

 

How do I know what my nail size is?

You can order our Sizing Kit with your preferred nail style, or you can refer to our nail sizing guide.

 

What is your exchange/return/refund policy?

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are considered final. However, if you have any claims of damaged (not including shipping handling) or defective products, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

It takes 5 to 14 days to process your order for shipping. I am alone in this business and also handling the creation of nails, and processing and shipping the orders.

 

How long are the shipping times?

This depends on the location, season, and your shipping preference selected at checkout.
